The terms that govern SmartFoundry's text-message communications, including how to get help and how to opt out.

Program description

SmartFoundry offers an SMS messaging service so we can respond to inquiries you submit through our website and chat assistant. If you provide your mobile phone number and ask us to contact you, you consent to receive text messages from SmartFoundry related to your inquiry and requested services. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — for example, messages sent in response to your inquiries. We do not send recurring marketing text blasts.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to any messages you send or receive. SmartFoundry does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending SMS messages. If you want to resume, sign up again as you did initially.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
